Always More January 17 2017
I wrote this because I was moved by the idea that each of us move through life and all of our reactions to both things and people are more telling about ourselves than they are of the things or people we are reacting.
There was a beautiful sculpture I saw a photo of from Burning Man of two adults sitting back to back on the floor, looking sad, and alone, while each person's inner child reached out to one another.
Every day is a chance to change and grow. We will always be each a collection of all of our own experiences, but learning to accept other people as they are, as a collection of *their* own experiences, is one of the greatest challenges.
Anyhow, I call this, "Always More":

I took this photo flying over the Alps on my way to Germany from Italy on an early morning flight in the Fall of 2012. The picture doesn't do the view justice, but I think it's a great fit with this beautiful quote. A presto~

Strolling along downtown Fairfield, Connecticut on an idle Wednesday morning, coffee in hand, I stumbled upon the inspiration for today's post--a statue paying tribute to the great Mark Twain. So here you have it, in quote poster form, one of my all time favorite Mark Twain quotes:
